I know a lot of people hate it, but I actually really love tacky holiday jewelry and sweaters! My mom just got me one of those little Santa hat headbands, and I have a bracelet with tiny Christmas lights that light up. Oh, and well, I MAY have recently stolen er, borrowed a Christmas lightbulb ring from my three-year-old niece for a party… she doesn’t miss it, I’m sure.
But even with all the sweaters and jewelry that’s out there in stores and online, my favorite kind is, of course, as you guessed- the DIY kind! I’ve gone through the interwebs and pulled 5 of my favorite simple but oh-so-festive sweaters for you (and me) to make and wear! Who cares if it isn’t even an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party? In my book that’s every day!
5 Simple Holiday Sweaters to DIY
Just because it’s for Christmas doesn’t mean it has to be tacky! This one is super pretty and sweet.
Still looking festive, I really like this one! A little more involved but worth it I’d say.
Now we’re getting to our ugly sweater party types! Anything that lights up is a yes!
This one I LOVE! And with a cutie little video, it seems pretty easy enough to DIY!
And last but not least is this gem! I love Advent season in general so to wear an Advent Calendar is just awesome!!
Can’t wait to try one or two of these!
